AGENCY INFORMATION Uzbek agency of automobile and river transport was established by decree of Cabinet of Ministry of Republic of Uzbekistan from July 11th 1998 N296, and represents the organ of government, adjustment and control in the field of automobile and river transport. Task and authority of the Agency was declared by forenamed decree? As well as by the Low of Republic of Uzbekistan “About automobile transport”, the low of the President of Republic of Uzbekistan from June 4th 2001 N UP-2871 “About the demonopolization and enhancement in the field of automobile transport”, decree of Cabinet of Ministry from June 5th 2001 N245 “About the arrangements for enhancement of the structure of management in the field of automobile transport”, decree of Cabinet of Ministry from March 10th 2004 N118 “About the arrangements for further enhancement of the functions of Uzbek Agency of automobile and river transport” and the number of other governmental decrees. |
